Refund Policy
ClevelandSpeedshop.com does not offer any refund after product is shipped. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. We do realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the product we supply.
A 15% restocking and reprocessing fee will be applied to all returns, as it cost us quite a bit to repackage and recoup credit card processing and shopping cart software fees.
We do honor requests for a refund for the following reasons: Workmanship defects / quality defects in the product. Returns must be pre-approved before shipping back to Cleveland SpeedShop.

Cleveland SpeedShop provides aftermarket parts that most likely void your stock motorcycle’s warranty, we highly recommend you think of what you are about to purchase and understand that you are most likely voiding your warranty.
When ordering product from Cleveland SpeedShop, we will process the order within 48 hours and ship within 1-4 days of placing your order.
Cleveland Speedshop ships worldwide, we attempt to expedite all shipments.
Cleveland Speedshop ships with UPS and USPS worldwide, we will ship in the manner that the customer specifies when placing your order.
Rates are published at the time of purchase..
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for your shipment.
In-store pickup is an option if you are in Cleveland. Monday-Friday 9:30-500.
